Description: Tom Nook is a savage psychopath in what seems to be a peaceful game for relaxing or for your children. What a lot of people don't realize is that Nintendo is teaching your kids a brutal lesson in Animal Crossing, not all business people or cute furry animals are on your side. Many of them are merely willing to cheat you out of every last dollar you can acquire and Tom Nook is even worse than that. When you arrive in Town, Nook shows you around to a few small shacks that he calls houses that aren't even furnished or capable of containing much more than a few cardboard boxes. Then, he sells one of these shacks to you and THEN tells you the price. Of course due to the contract you never actually signed, Nook won't let you back out of buying, rather forcing you to work menial jobs for him for no real pay. Than he fires you simply because there was nothing else you needed to do at the moment, leaving you to pay the bills with the only thing you have, nothing! Leaving you no real way to pay off your home since he likely drove all other employers out of town, he forces you to start selling him various objects as the only real way to make money. In the start though, without any actual equipment, all you can do is sell him fruit, shells or items you find in the trash/lost and found. When you finally work off that last bell though, he goes ahead and renovates your house, even if you tell him not to, breaks into your house magically making it bigger and worst of all is he charges more than triple the original price despite only a slight amount of space was added. You're then forced to repeat the gather/sell cycle to pay off that addition, only to have him add another! This continues a few more times until you eventually sell him every living creature in the region only to have to give all of the money back just to pay him off. The cops can't do anything about this cycle, Copper probably is too dumb to notice and Booker is probably doing Crack most of the day, plus they never leave the town gate since it's SO important to stand in front of it with just wooden sticks to protect them. This loan shark is the most corrupt business man I've ever seen in gaming and is the one evil and disgusting cyst in an other wise peaceful society.
