The Convicts
Dead Rising

Evil: Bloodthirsty killers
Insanity: Their objective is to kill any living person that they see
Powers: Sam drives the Humvee, Miguel has a baseball bat, Reginald has a .50 caliber  machinegun (the HMG), masters of faking death (will be elaborated upon)
Occupation: Convicted murderers (presumably), annoyance of low level players, infinite exp. source, to cause as much anarchy as feasibly possible

Description: The Convicts are a trio of racially diverse.... convicts as their uniforms would suggest. The Convicts can be a tricky bunch, especially for newcomers due to the fact that they appear very early in the game and they also spawn in a major travel junction, the park. It is unknown as to how these three got into the park of the mall, let alone it is unknown as to where they got the Humvee and how they got it into the mall without causing damage to it. They live to murder as many people as possible until they are brought to justice. When they first appear, I would recommend to not engage them until after 7:00 pm of the first day, because they will respawn after the cinematic that occurs at 7:00 if you failed to kill all three of them by that point. Though they give you Psychopath exp. when killed, they do not contribute towards the achievement for killing all of the psychopaths. Reginald is the guy that you want to kill first since he is the guy with the HMG, which I strongly recommend taking if it is your first playthrough. Not only does it eliminate their primary and deadliest weapon, it can be easily used against them. You can also keep it throughout most of the game if you are careful and patient enough which can help you to kill nearly any of the psychopaths with relative ease. The downside to that is you drop it every time you switch weapons so you need to make sure you have it equipped before leaving an area. The Convicts don't have a lot of health individually, however they can be hard to hit thanks to Sam the driver. Killing him first would do little good since Miguel would merely take his place as driver, which does little good in itself since he can't really hurt you anyway. You can however use the terrain to your advantage, as there are a lot of trees in the park and Sam can sometimes get stuck between two trees and will try to move forward and back to get unstuck, effectively trapping them. Always attack with a ranged weapon, as they are hard to hit with melee and melee attacks will also damage the Humvee. Unlike all other psychopaths in the series, the Convicts are the only boss in the game that will always respawn at midnight every day until the military arrives. For a while they were the only boss in the game that I didn't want to fight, at least until I unlocked the Real Mega Buster, a reference to Capcom's Megaman which you get by killing 53594 zombies - which is also the equivalent to Willamette's population. With the Real Mega Buster you can quite easily kill these three in at most 2 shots as opposed to three handguns which only have 30 ammo each. When I got surprised attacked by these guys, I started the story over with all of my experience just so that I could be prepared for them.
