Albert Wesker
Resident Evil, Marvel vs. Capcom 3, Resident Evil movies
Evil Factor: Completely Evil. Genocidal, backstabber, overall he is a douche, and highly terroristic
Insanity Factor: Lunatic. God complex, and has the belief of human inferiority
Powers: Unnatural speed, strength, and seemingly immortal
Occupation: CEO of Umbrella Corporation (post-Spencer, and in the movies), former STARS captain

Description: There are a few words that can describe Albert Wesker, one being bad ass, and the other is him being a complete asshole. At first, he appears to be your leader, the captain of your STARS team while investigating a mansion in the middle of an area of mass murders. Towards the end of the game though, when you least expect it he turns up and reveals his true colors. He reveals he is part of Umbrella and all the zombies and monsters roaming around killing people was their attempt at creating super humans. It is then he shows their true plan, an experimental monster called TYRANT that is supposed to become the next phase of humanity. His creation then proceeds to kill him. It seems then that he is dead, as fitting for such a backstabber right? WRONG! It is later revealed that prior to his death, he injected himself with an experimental form of the same virus that created the zombies that provide him with unnatural strength, speed and also near immortality but despite all of his powers, he has a weakness for lava as seen in Resident Evil 5. Despite being shot at by 2 people, he has the reflexes and the speed to simply phase out of the bullet's way and continuously beats the stuffing out of the protagonists. Throughout most of the series he works behind the scenes, making a few brief appearances, not appearing to have any substantial part in the viral outbreaks that take place in the various games. What you do see later on in the series is that during all these games, he was building up in the shadows, killing off the remnants of Umbrella to become the De Facto leader, stealing data and other viruses and so on. He sent an agent to steal the G-Virus from Resident Evil 2, is responsible for most of the events of Resident Evil: Code Veronica, even appearing in the remake, sent the same agent from Resident Evil 2 to recover the Las Plagas Parasite in Resident Evil 4 and made his explosive finale in Resident Evil 5 in his attempt to end humanity entirely and transform every living being into the monstrosities called the Uroboros. In Resident Evil 4 and the Umbrella Chronicles, he is seen wearing a suit and sitting in a swivel chair with his legs crossed in that Nerd Cave of his, wearing sunglasses in the dark, really showing how badass and overcompensating he really is. Wesker takes Nazism to the next level by believing that the whole human race is inferior and tries to transform them into what he sees as superior beings. Overall, Wesker is entirely evil, making him a memorable and well balanced villain that provided many great games in the Resident Evil Series. Also he may be a total bastard but scores bad ass points by showing off.

Scene from the Umbrella Chronicles, showing Wesker injecting himself before faking his death

The game that featured the official return of Wesker, it has aged pretty badly, but in its time it was great. Also do not forget to up the video quality, otherwise it'll look bad
