Description: In a list of Evil and Insane villains, you had to know this guy would appear. The Arkham Series is filled with villains and bosses that are the definition of crazy but none of them compare to the sheer insanity that the Joker represents. Nothing this guy does can be in any way considered sane and to add to the insanity, he is completely unpredictable. Some inmates in his gang during the Arkham City game can be heard saying that sometimes he just lets people join while other times he will cruelly torture and kill those searching admittance. He on purposely goes around wearing a purple suit with a dead flower and a white face, green hair and an unnaturally large smile drawn onto his face. The Joker, in every appearance he makes does nothing but take pleasure in death and chaos. His whole purpose in Arkham Asylum was to obtain the TITAN formula so that he could make hundreds of gigantic super-soldiers whose sole purpose was to kill indiscriminately. Ultimately this ambition kills him when he injects himself and later dies in Arkham City due to a nasty after effect. While he continues to occasionally make Dr. Evil and myself laugh due to his humorous trickster-like behavior, Joker can not be described as anything other than a violent sociopath that enjoys murdering and torturing people for his own amusement. He is the bane of Batman's existence, bringing multiple tragedies upon him, sometimes even telling him to kill him, to torture him in a way that is even worse than physical torment, for Batman will not kill anyone. The Joker is the cause of countless deaths and an uncountable amount in property damage. It is still a mystery as to why someone hasn't killed him yet. The Joker is an amazing villain, responsible for countless evils and is Dangerously insane in all regards.
