Stronghold 1, Stronghold 3
Evil Factor: Hell bent on killing 'the boy' (the unnamed protagonist)
Insanity Factor: Claims that the people will suffer for rising up against him
Powers: Good Tactician
Occupation: Duke, mastermind of the conspirators, would-be king of Britain
Description: The Wolf takes the term complete bastard to a whole new extreme, especially with his revenge in Stronghold 3. He was the main antagonist of the original Stronghold, and proved to be far more formidable than his idiotic cohorts, The Rat, The Snake, and The Pig. His fortresses are so well built that they deserve the title of true Strongholds. His military generally consist of the best of the best, and in large numbers. First he and his cohorts kill the unnamed protagonists father, then they take over all of Britain, even Scotland. He somehow survives death, starts over and KILLS you. Out of all of the Stronghold characters, The Wolf is by far the toughest, even with the new cast in Stronghold 2. Don't be surprised if he uses harassment techniques, since he always uses them and when he does besiege you, he can prove to be a devastating commander. Only experienced or good players have a remote chance to beat him, just a fair warning. Despite 'killing' him in the last level of the original, he returns for Stronghold 3, even though he was impaled through the chest and fell off a tower. Little to nothing is known about The Wolf since most information about him is just rumors. On the rare occasion that he does become pissed he snarls like a wolf. He is one of the more efficient rulers of the series, ruling through terror and he is a very demanding ally in Stronghold Crusader, seemingly always sending demands for resources to his allies. In his grand re-emergence, he allied himself with the sons of previous comrades, the Rat Brothers, and the Pig's son, he also has a new, mysterious middle-eastern ally, the Jackal. I have a personal hatred for the Wolf, but at the same time I respect his military techniques and defenses, while I solely use simple strategies in Historic Siege mode. When you besiege him, he is constantly thinking of cunning ways to repel the invasion, and effectively too. Overall, the Wolf is an intimidating bastard, and is very, very good at everything, having little to no weaknesses.
The narrator is the Wolf but see what I mean, he is a bastard
